'Made To Order' Explained.

We are now providing the option of having selected designs available on a 'made to order' basis.

Due to having so many varied designs in our collection, it has proved impossible to hold enough 'ready stock' so that items do not end up out of stock at any one time. We appreciate that for customers it is very frustrating to choose a coat or sweater and then find it is unavailable to order, with no idea when it will be back in stock.

It is now possible to purchase these following designs 'made to order'

Velvet Knit Coats, Waterproof Quilted Jackets, Original Fleece Housecoats and Jersey Housecoats. Brindle, Contrast and Diamond Knitted Sweaters. Softshell Jackets with Chest Bib. Lightweight Denim Coats.

**** All other designs will have ready stock available to send out as normal****

With 'made to order' we will always give an approximate lead time, which at the moment is 4-5 weeks, however we will do all we can to make this waiting period while we make your coat or sweater as short a wait as possible. Should a customer change their mind at any point after placing the order and payment we will always refund and cancel the order.

Please note that we are not introducing bespoke or made to measure. All sizes will remain the same as they are. We really hope that customers will see this as a positive decision, and that our designs are worth waiting for.
