Postage and Delivery Information
We ship our products internationally and our priority is to keep the prices as low as possible. You can select your destination at the checkout. We use Airmail Tracked and Signed.
All our UK orders are posted using Royal Mail 1st Class with a signature.
We always aim to send out orders the same day or following day after the order is received.
Returns and Exchanges
If you find that you need a refund or to change the size of your item please contact us immediately to notify us. Items will only be accepted if they are in resellable condition, original packaging and free from hairs, marks and are strictly unwashed. Please ensure items are folded neatly and packaged carefully ensuring they are well protected, if they are sent in a cardboard box or Jiffy bag they must be placed in a carrier bag or equivalent first. We cannot send out the replacement until we receive the item back and check it over. If it is not as stated the item will be sent back to you and we will unable to offer you an exchange of refund.
If in the unlikely event you receive your item and it is damaged we will arrange for the item to be repaired or replaced at no cost to the customer.
You choose wether to return the parcel yourself via Royal Mail or a courier of your choice. Then we will send out your exchange item.
This is our strict policy and process regarding exchanges, please ensure that you are aware of this before placing an order.
