SHIPPING POLICY

At Greyt Sweaters, we aim to deliver your order promptly and securely. Our shipping methods are designed to ensure that your purchase arrives safely at your doorstep.

For our UK customers we offer Royal Mail Tracked 48 and Tracked 24, with clear pricing and delivery times to help you make the best choice for your needs.

For our International customers we send Royal Mail International Tracked Airmail. Please note that for United States the customs charges are included in the price of shipping, which are 10% of the item value.

All orders are sent the same day if ordered by 12pm, or the next day.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We understand that your item needs to be tried on to know if you have purchased the correct size. Should you find that you need an exchange of size please contact us immediately and we will give you any information needed to do so.

It is imperative that the item must be returned in perfect condition, with no marks or stray hairs on either the inside or outside of the coat. If the coat is not in perfect condition we will be unable to fulfil an exchange or refund.

It is our policy that the return postage is paid by the customer, and the exchange postage is paid by Greyt Sweaters.
